That sounds like a really good strategy. I’m not sure it would work for, though I’d love it if it did.

I’m a sucker for cheese... I thought I was crazy for dark chocolate until I realised I can’t remember the last time I ate it.

Love the Domino sugar story. I usually eat no sugar but indulge during the holidays. Food and treats are such a part of family gatherings in my family.

I was a huge sugar far for years 'til about 1 1/2 years ago. Then I cut back my intake by about 3/4's. My stomach felt better and I lost weight. Over the holidays, my consumption did increase - not to what it was but still . . This was a good remember to get back on track.
