SPW, I love my running groups, both previously in Brisbane & now in Byron Bay - although now I can no longer run due to a pelvic injury of some kind that sometimes even makes it hard to walk. So, running is excellent - as long as you look after all the bits that enable you to run (ie your SI joint & glutes which I suspect are the cause of my problem, dammit). So glad you & Peter are so into it. Running helped me see what I’m truly capable of when I try harder.

What do you mean by resistance training? Is it lifting free weights, using resistant bands, or something else. Where can I find routines to practice?

By that I mean any exercise where your muscles face resistance, from pushups to squats while holding light weights (or without weights). I guess it would be any exercise that will increase your muscle mass over time. I use a machine called a Tonal, that hangs on my wall. Kettle Bells are a great option, as are free weights. Also, just standing against a wall and doing wall pushups. Tailor it to your strength level. Here's a pretty broad article about the idea. https://www.ptdirect.com/training-design/training-tools/dan2019s-top-ten-2018most-functional2019-resistance-training-exercises
